Ordering
Design the piece in the 3D configurator: set the size, layout and colour, and the price updates as you go. Then add it to the cart and pay. The cart price is the configurator price.
Once your payment has cleared. Until then the order waits for payment.
It is on the confirmation page and in the order confirmation e-mail. If you have an account, it is also under Orders.
The dimensions and the configuration. We build the piece exactly to them, and you are responsible for the measurements of the space it goes into. The Payment step reminds you of this.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within 10 working days of your payment clearing, for made-to-measure and ready-made pieces alike.
Nothing. Courier delivery anywhere in Poland is free, whatever the size or configuration.
No. We only deliver within Poland.
Flat-packed in boxes: the panels, the fittings and step-by-step assembly instructions. A large piece may come as several parcels in one shipment.
Check the delivery while the courier is there. If the box or the furniture is damaged, write a damage report with the courier and contact us straight away.
Returns and complaints
No. It is built to the dimensions and configuration you choose, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). You can still file a complaint at any time.
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Send us your statement and return the product within 14 days at your own cost.
E-mail us with the order number, a description of the problem and photos. We reply to complaints within 14 days.
A 24-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. It does not limit your statutory rights if the goods do not conform to the contract.
Materials and colours
Laminated board in Kronospan decors, lacquered MDF in RAL colours, and plywood.
Yes. The 3D configurator shows the piece in the decor or RAL colour you pick, with its name. A screen cannot match the shade exactly, so if the colour matters, write to us before you order.
Assembly
Yes, unless you choose assembly. It is a paid option you pick instead of courier delivery when choosing the delivery method.
